Time flies. I didn't realise that it is my fave 'Chang' festival again till I see a big bag of dumplings sitting in my fridge. I have some yummy homemade vegetarian 'Changs' here given by my neighbour. Being a rice barrel and dumpling fan, I'll usually have 2 regular size dumplings at a go. Rest for a while and attack again...sooo delicious!
Happy 'Chang' festival to all of you :)
