Curry puffs all the way from Småland

My craving for these crunchy puffies has finally been fixed.
Of all the nice curry puffs in town, I prefer IKEA's the most. Feel free to disagree wiv me :) but Homei's curry puffs are too greasy to my liking while Chang Kee's curry puffs come with thick layer of pastry.
After dreaming for the curry puffs for 3 months, I finally made my way to IKEA yesterday, braved the human traffic and joined the long queue just to get half a dozen of the puffs.
One puff is priced at RM1 while half a dozen costs RM5.50 only! The puffs come with egg slices too.
Wallop them hot.

Curry puffs! I think Ikea's curry puffs thus far are the most crispy i have tasted so far! Fillings are mildly spicy & sweet! Yummy!

I tried once only and i love it too but somehow the long queue...arrrghh...being lazy, i always walk pass while looking at other people munching. :(

I dun think the queue is dat long... compared to waiting in line to catch a movie! or for gurls, compared to waiting in line to enter fitting room during MNG sale! @_@"

precious pea: I was about to say the same thing when char siew bao responded to ur comment :) It worth the wait!

CSB: U just reminded me of us taking turns to queue up @ MNG to make payment...the place was sooooo stuffy n' the queue took nearly an hour.

Haha...CSB and xiu long bao, I don't queue for movie tickets cos i rather book it online. As for shopping, I don't go during sale time cos of the queue at fitting rooms and paying counter. But for food, ok..i will go queue for curry puffs next time i go ikea.

xiu long bao,
Ya, can get. But definitely not worth it loh. I think it's about AUD$1+ for one. And all kentang only for the filling if I'm not wrong. hehe.
